Nigeria’s League Is Fourth Best In Africa; Laliga Is The World Best - Sports - Nairaland
The Nigeria’s Glo Premier League is the fourth strongest league in Africa while the Spanish La Liga is the global numero uno, according to the latest release by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics for the year 2013.
Football leagues from Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco were ranked ahead of Nigeria, while Mali, South Africa, Algeria, Angola, Cameroon and Ghanaian league complete the top ten in Africa.
At the global stage, the strongest league for the year 2013 is the Spanish La Liga which parade Barcelona and Real Madrid. The English Premier League is ranked second ahead of the German league which parade the two finalists of 2013 UEFA champion league- Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. The Italian and Brazilian leagues complete the top 5 list.
