De Gea anticipates change under Louis van Gaal
Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea says he
is excited about the change and innovation that
incoming manager Louis van Gaal will bring to the
club .
De Gea is currently on World Cup duty with
Spain , established himself as the number one at Old
Trafford under both Sir Alex Ferguson and David
Moyes .
Spain incidentally face van Gaal’ s Holland in their
Group B opener in Salvador de Bahia today and De
Gea has part of his mind set on what pre - season
will be like under the Dutchman.
The 23- year old said : “He has won everything as a
coach . He’ s very good and I think he ’ s going to
bring a lot to Manchester United .
“He will bring important and innovative ideas and I
think he ’ s going to be very good for us . He’ s going
to help us a lot because he ’ s going to bring a
different style of play .
“England is a great place to play football, the fans
respect you a lot . It ’ s wondrous .”
