After weeks of speculation and uncertainty Manuel Pellegrini has been appointed Manchester City manager on a three year-deal and immediately slaped the tittle ''premire league's best' on his new team.He arrives from Malaga and replaced Roberto Mancini who was sacked after a trouphiless season.The man who was replaced by Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid three years ago said: 'I am delighted to accept this hugely exciting opportunity.
