Pellegrini Finally Unveiled as Manchester City Boss

After weeks of speculation and uncertainty Manuel Pellegrini has been appointed Manchester City manager on a three year-deal and immediately slaped the tittle ''premire league's best' on his new team.He arrives from Malaga and replaced Roberto Mancini who was sacked after a trouphiless season. The man who was replaced by Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid three years ago said: 'I am delighted to accept this hugely exciting opportunity. The club has a clear vision for success both on and off the pitch and I am committed to making a significant contribution.Everything is in place for Manchester City to continue to be successful and I am excited to be able to work with such a talented squad, the executive team and the board to deliver for fans who are renowned for their steadfast support.'He told the Citytv: 'Very proud. I really am very proud to be the man that Manchester City choose to work with the club next year.'I had a lot of offers with a lot of important clubs but the most important thing for me after I spoke with Khaldoon, with Txiki, with Ferran, that I am sure that we can make a great team to reach the target that Manchester City want from the next year.'The other thing is that I am sure we have the best squad of the Premier League. We have a wonderful squad and we can reach important title in the next three or four season.'Roberto made a great job for Manchester. It is not easy to win the title after 44 years. But I think we can start a new cycle and a new style of club. I hope that Manchester City will start another way of feeling football.'
