Yobo completes loan move to Norwich City
Yobo will be making a return to the Premiership, after leaving Everton to join Fenerbahce, having spent 10 years with the Merseyside club.
Norwich manager Chris Houghton said on the move for Yobo said: "As most know we've got a problem with Michael Turner ,who's got a hamstring pull which will keep him out for a fair amount of time,so it's an area we needed to fill. Of course what Joseph is about is that he's someone who knows this division very well, and has great experience."
The 33-year old will be leaving Turkey in search of regular playing action, after seeing his time on the pitch limited at Fenerbahce, and he is delighted that he has come back to the Premiership.
"This is a league I understand and I hope to give my best to Norwich," Yobo told BBC Sport.
"There were several options but Norwich clearly made their intentions known from the beginning."
"Fenerbahce understand how important it is for me to play regular football and I'm grateful they sanctioned this move," he added.
"It's a very important decision and I'm happy with the opportunity to return to England."
It is said in some quarters that the defender made the return to England in order to try and force his way back into the Super Eagles squad for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
